BT Introduces One Source for TANDBERG

BT Conferencing a provider of audio, video and web alliance services has reportedly announced the launch of fully managed computerized service for TANDBERG solutions called BT One Source for TANDBERG. The new one source service is said to have all the existing service features such as tele-presence, video conferencing combined with a total management service. The package offers the clients user-friendly, consistent and cost-effective communication solutions.

 BT One Source for TANDBERG has a collection of inbuilt services that permit the clients to modify the telepresence and video conferencing solutions to suit their precise business needs. TANDBERG allows the clients to plan, design and implement BT's One Care Preferred “white glove” services. The client support levels in TANDBERG can be arranged either as producer assisted or computerized call initiation utilizing BT’s Engage set of software tools, such as EndPoint Connect and Bridge Connect, providing fully automated telepresence or video conference experience to the client.

 BT One Source allows the clients the option of maintaining the communication connectivity either at client’s premises or at the co-location facility of BT. The know-how of BT in organizing video conferencing services for its clients and the wide coverage offered through its widespread worldwide IP network located in over 170 countries and its 24x7x365 helpdesk assures the clients quality video conferencing services to any part of the world.

The standardized and all-inclusive range of telepresence and high-definition video conferencing package offered by TANDBERG solutions allows the usage of various types of applications for access, thus allowing the users to overcome the space constraint problem and budget allocations requirements. The solution removes the limitations of utilizing dissimilar networks, multi-vendor system with incompatibility and practical problems and allows the clients and the partners to avail the system facility to communicate freely. 

The new BT's One Source includes Engage Tracker, a new tool that permit businesses to measure the ROI on their visual communication program by reducing travel time and expenses on travel to various places and contribute to the carbon emission reductions.
