Mitel Intros Enhancements to UC Portfolio

Mitel announced the arrival of updates to its unified communications portfolio. The cloud communications provider is expanding its solution set of voice, collaboration and contact center tools.
In specific, new enhancements include improvements to MiCollab, MiVoice Office 400, MiVoice MX-ONE, MiVoice Business, MiContact Center and MiContact Center Enterprise as well as Mitel SIP-DECT.
Mitel aims to deliver companies the power to customize cloud communications solutions to fit the needs of the modern, digital first organization. Digital transformation is not an optional undertaking, as with the innovation taking place in areas like artificial intelligence and IoT, the cloud will play a central role in enabling this new era.
