Momentum Closes CloudNet Group Acquisition
Cloud-based solutions let companies enjoy and expand new communication, compute, security, and storage capabilities without big upfront investments and new real estate and talent requirements. Indeed, Momentum Telecom recently announced it now owns CloudNet Group.
CloudNet Group was a communication provider specializing in cloud voice, contact center, mobility, and SD-WAN solutions. The Phoenix-Ariz.-based company took a high-touch approach to customer implementation and training.
Momentum Telecom says it also has a white-glove approach to customer service, which is part of the reason why it saw CloudNet as an attractive acquisition. Based in Birmingham, Ala., Momentum Telecom offers business voice, broadband services, and unified communications solutions.
