Linkus Lends to Mobile UC
Enterprise communications are getting quite cloudy, as to say cloud communications are taking flight. Innovation is creating a new generation of communication and collaboration tools, empowering an era of the mobile workforce and our always-on, always plugged-in reality.
This week, Yeastar unveiled Linkus, a unified communications app that enables CRM integration, IM, Presence as well as additional call handling features to further productivity and improve employee engagement.
The newly released app allows for users to make calls from desk or mobile from the same number; check missed calls, voicemails and recordings from the device of user’s choosing; initiate chat while on a call; access the call journal from Outlook and Google contacts; check availability of coworkers; forward calls; access the corporate directory; as well as take calls from the office on the go.
"Unified communications is redefining the modern workforce by allowing for the control over how, when and where one would like to be reached," said Alan Shen, CEO of Yeastar. "By upgrading Linkus and having it coordinated with both our premises-based and cloud-based phone systems, we aim for increased footprints in UC and present brand-new options for service providers and telecom resellers. We make it our mission to enable our partners to shape their competitive edges with cutting-edge
products and solutions."
Communications are not something to take lightly, as each employee interaction is an opportunity for collaboration and creation, much like how each conversation enables opportunity to cement a customer relationship.
Are your communications in the cloud? Are they mobile?
