Knowlarity Completes Tentacle Integration

August 16, 2018

The proliferation of the virtual PBX is at hand, and as this market reaches maturity service providers are seeking any way possible to gain competitive advantage. This packed field is pushing innovation as well as consolidation.

This week, Knowlarity can officially put the Sunoray acquisition to bed with the completion of the purchase’s second phase – successfully absorbing Tentacle, Sunoray’s SaaS CRM solution.

Ambarish Gupta, Founder and CEO, Knowlarity said, “Tentacle is an innovative product with a robust product roadmap that leverages AI and Machine Learning to maximize sales for its customers. Sunoray has a wide customer base across verticals and we plan on leveraging our expansive presence combined with Sunoray’s extensive domain-specific expertise to grow rapidly in the next 3 years.”

Tentacle is cloud and app-based, so there is no need for additional purchases (hardware or software) and makes tracking far more efficient, allowing enterprise management improved visibility into field-force teams and real-time reporting through the platform’s intuitive dashboard.

With Tentacle in place, Knowlarity will deliver value to customers with the power of a call center in their smartphone, and will build on that value by enhancing the CRM solution with its network.

Knowlarity is reading the tealeaves of a market expected to continue steady growth through 2022, with a valuation exceeding $20 billion. The cloud is no passing fad. This transformational technology is touching all points of the enterprise. Stay tuned, as the cloud is enabling further development into artificial intelligence and illustrating what the future of work will look like.
