This week, Knowlarity can officially put the Sunoray acquisition to bed with the completion of the purchase’s second phase – successfully absorbing Tentacle, Sunoray’s SaaS CRM solution.

Tentacle is cloud and app-based, so there is no need for additional purchases (hardware or software) and makes tracking far more efficient, allowing enterprise management improved visibility into field-force teams and real-time reporting through the platform’s intuitive dashboard.
With Tentacle in place, Knowlarity will deliver value to customers with the power of a call center in their smartphone, and will build on that value by enhancing the CRM solution with its network.
