Infor Integrates Hospitality Management Solution with Best Western Central Reservation System

Infor Hospitality, a provider of hotel software and other hospitality solutions, has launched a unified environment for Best Western International that interfaces between Infor’s Hospitality Management Solution (HMS) and Best Western’s Central Reservation System (CRS). Integration of these two systems provides Best Western locations with direct visibility into critical hotel information to help employees make better-informed decisions and focus on giving customers the best experience possible.


Infor HMS is comprised of a set of intuitive tools for carrying out both front- and back-office operations and managing essential areas including guests, properties, call centers and revenues. By accessing a centralized user-friendly interface with mobile and social collaboration capabilities, hotel employees can serve guests more effectively while aligning daily operations with company goals. The result is a much more efficient company thanks to integrated data, process automation and data security standards compliance with maximized revenues.

Infor HMS is available for deployment in a cloud environment or on-premise, and is flexible so it can be useful for businesses of all sizes. CloudSuite Hospitality, the company’s flagship hospitality solution, is a highly capable cloud-based platform offering comprehensive tools and functionality for effective hotel management. Infor offers a very wide range of other technologies and services that span numerous industry verticals including automotive, food & beverage, healthcare and industrial manufacturing.

Three Best Western locations in France have deployed Infor HMS in a cloud environment thus far: the Best Western Hotel Le Galice, Best Western Hotel Balmoral and Best Western Plus Karitza. The company — which operates more than 4,000 hotels across over 100 countries — plans to implement Infor’s hospitality solutions into numerous other locations throughout North America and Europe within the next year.
