SMBs Should Keep an Eye on ZYCOO

While exhibiting at ITEXPO Miami last month, ZYCOO’s sales manager for North America, Amanda Liu, sat down with TMC (News - Alert) senior editor Peter Bernstein to discuss the company’s exciting growth and prospects for SMBs.

“We have devoted ourselves over the past eight years to developing powerful and scalable voice over IP products, especially for small and medium sized businesses,” Lui said. “Our products have been sold in more than 85 countries and we have established very good distribution systems in many regions…We focus our commitments to deliver powerful, high-tech products.”

Since it was established, ZYCOO has grown very rapidly, and appears to have a great opportunity for growth in the U.S. as well. Last year the company opened a new branch office in Dubai, and this year it is opening another branch office in the U.K. The company has distributors throughout in the United States that help promote ZYCOO products and make the brand a more familiar name.

Lui explained that the company’s products are best suited for offices ranging from 10 to 500 employees, making them ideal for the SMB market. This is a nice range, Bernstein pointed out, accounting for roughly 95 percent of the business market in most countries.

ZYCOO PBX products offer GSM modules that can use SIM cards, able to carry out both voice and data transmission. ZYCOO also supports LTE (News - Alert) modules, making its solutions perfect for branch offices, as well as for disaster recovery, along with the main communication features inherent to such systems.

In the years to come, SMBs in the U.S. would do well to become familiar with ZYCOO’s offerings, as these may be a smart choice for them.
