Windstream's Services Recognized by ShoreTel

Windstream, a provider of advanced network communications, recently announced that ShoreTel has recognized the company with Circle of Excellence Award for the 2013 partner year. The officials from ShoreTel said that Windstream was recognized for its achievement in areas including customer satisfaction, revenue growth and proficiency with advanced applications. Windstream delivers ShoreTel’s solutions portfolio, training and supporting end-user customers.

Windstream is a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company, which offers a suite of solutions which includes voice and data services such as VoIP, SIP trunking, MPLS, and dedicated high-speed Internet. Windstream also offers unified communications, managed services, cloud computing, disaster recovery, and networking services designed to help businesses increase productivity and improve operational costs.

The company also recently won the 2013 U.S. North American Market Growth Excellence Leadership Award in VoIP Access and SIP Trunking Services. This award is based on the findings of Frost & Sullivan's Best Practices research and was presented to Windstream at a ceremony in New Orleans, La., on Jan. 14. Windstream received this award based on its ability to leverage competitive intelligence and execute competitive strategy, as well as its impact on market share, competitive brand positioning, and customer satisfaction and value, having demonstrated excellence in capturing the highest annual compound growth rate in the industry for the past three years.

“The Circle of Excellence is the highest award given by ShoreTel to its partners and we’re very pleased to welcome Windstream into this elite group,” said David Petts, senior vice president of worldwide sales at ShoreTel. “The Circle of Excellence Award is presented to ShoreTel’s top global reseller partners, and each year, less than one-half of one percent of all partners earn this distinction. We’re proud that Windstream surpassed the strict criteria required to earn Circle of Excellence status this year.”
