Akkadian Labs to Focus on Fidelus Technologies Collaboration Software
At a recent tech summit, Fidelus Technologies, a provider of unified communication and collaboration solutions, introduced Akkadian Labs as a company that will now take care of all of Fidelus' software related sales, development and support.
The new company will focus exclusively on creating collaboration-inspired software that addresses specific business challenges.
Akkadian Labs is a provider of collaboration software. At Cisco's Collaboration Summit 2013, the company was also awarded Best Overall Application. Akkadian Labs latest innovation, MindFrame, provides users with key content before, during and after voice, video and messaging interactions when the information is needed most.
Fidelus’ UCC solutions streamline business communications and improve employee satisfaction, which eventually improves productivity and reduces costs. The company partners with firms including Cisco, Microsoft, ShoreTel, and RIM to deliver world-class solutions. Recently, Cisco Systems recognized Fidelus Technologies for achieving Cisco's Channel Partner Customer Satisfaction Excellence. This is the fourth time that Fidelus has been recognized with this distinction.
Earlier in June 2013, Fidelus Technologies launched its latest solution, Fidelus Voice and Video Bundles. Like all its products, this solution helps companies work smarter, faster and more efficiently. The bundles bring enterprise-class collaboration capabilities to small and medium businesses. The applications plug into Cisco Unified Communications Manager, are compatible with Cisco Business Edition 6000, and include Fidelus Console Operator, Provisioning Manager Express and Global Directory.
Fidelus Console Operator is a solution that requires no back-end server and streamlines answering and routing call volume. Provisioning Manager Express allows users to add and modify users and devices from a single Web interface. Also, its Global Directory allows employee names to be searched by entering a single key press for a letter.
