AltiGen Communications Partners with OBT Anywhere

AltiGen Communications, Inc., a provider of integrated Microsoft (News - Alert)-based Unified Communications solutions, recently announced that its MaxACD contact center for Lync solution has been deployed by OBT Anywhere, a provider of Hosted Lync services, to deliver a hosted cloud-based call center service across North America, Asia and Australia. 

MaxACD is a powerful Contact Center solution for Lync that combines several compelling productivity applications into one integrated system. It provides flexible deployment options to give users a choice between a traditional on-premise deployment or SaaS (News - Alert) based AltiGen cloud services. MaxACD combines all the elements that call centers need in one simple solution.
