iCIMS Selects SoundConnect to Support Online Communications
SoundConnect, a provider of unified business communications, has been selected by iCIMS to support online communication needs with the implementation of Adobe Connect’s audio, Web and video conferencing solutions.
Adobe Connect will be utilized by iCIMS, a provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) talent acquisition software solutions for growing businesses, to train new and existing employees, show videos to clients quickly and easily, and to improve and promote communication within the organization.
“iCIMS required a conferencing solution that provided the organization with high audio and video quality, while offering a robust conferencing tool to meet their needs,” said Tom Sullivan, president, SoundConnect, in a statement.
Thanks to Adobe Connect, iCIMS will now have the highest audio and video quality in the industry, while providing services that will help iCIMS achieve and exceed their goals and organizational demands.
“Our communications with remote employees and other external parties has improved greatly since the implementation of Adobe Connect,” said Paul Melici, chief technology officer, iCIMS. “The audio is clear and we now have access to the most up and coming technologies such as video conferencing.”
SoundConnect is a collaboration and telecommunications service provider. SoundConnect offers a comprehensive portfolio of collaboration products developed to enable communications, enhance remote meetings and drive overall efficiencies for the end user and corporation.
Earlier in February, SoundConnect launched a new service offering to assist small- and medium-sized businesses with reliable, cloud-based services. SoundConnect’s Cloud Service Suite delivers the same service options to the SMB that were once only available to the enterprise customers.
SoundConnect’s latest offering consists of cloud servers, dedicated and virtual servers, cloud DR for disaster recovery solutions, cloud sites for Web hosting and cloud file services for access to files from any device.
The new offering combined with SoundConnect’s existing service portfolio of conferencing, collaboration and unified communication solutions will address the full range of IT and connectivity needs for businesses.
