Imogo Mobile Technologies Corp recently introduced its cloud-hosted ZaOffice suite of applications. The company’s latest offering, which has been designed for use in both business and personal tablet computers, offers anytime, anywhere, and any-device access for tasks such as e-mail, document processing as well as a wide range of mobile phone activities. ZaOffice has been made available for online activation.

In a release, Stewart Irvine, said , "We believe Tablet computers are the future of mobile computing and that ZaOffice delivers a secure, industry-first approach for users in the emerging post-PC era. Our 'Tablet-centric' strategy is focused on providing mobile users with a cost-effective and powerful office-anywhere, -anytime platform to meet the mobile computing needs of both personal and business users. Today's ZaOffice launch expands on our vision to create the most comprehensive and secure mobile productivity workspace on the market."

Although ZaOffice can be used by all tablet users, the solution is especially ideal for small- to medium-sized businesses, providing them with secure and improved mobility. ZaOffice effectively transforms a tablet computer into a mobile office, which means tablet users on the go can securely access and e-mail their files or make and receive phone calls.

Stewart Irvine, Imogo president, founder, and CEO, announced that with the launch of ZaOffice, the company will provide a free ZaOffice account to the first 10,000 people who sign up for the service at the company’s website at www.ZaOffice.com. ZaOffice will retail at $9.95 per month post the free-account period.

Irvine explained that ZaOffice, which has been based on the VMware Zimbra (News - Alert) platform, offers access to any device using any operating system or platform. It offers users a one-stop solution for all their e-mail, document processing, and mobile phone activity requirements while they are on the go. Furthermore, taking into account the increase in adoption of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policies among businesses, the primary platform of ZaOffice are mobile devices.
