ShoreTel Welcomes Datamart to its Cloud-Based M5 Channel Partner Program

ShoreTel, Inc. has added a new channel partner in the cloud-based, unified communications area. The company announced that its Cloud Division, M5 Networks (News - Alert), has added Datamart, Inc. as an Alliance partner.


The alliance will enable Datamart to offer its customers cloud-based voice, unified communications and contact center solutions in addition to its on-premise systems. As a ShoreTel (News - Alert) Cloud Division channel partner, Datamart will benefit from the company's premise and cloud-based business phone systems and communication solutions.

Datamart is already a ShoreTel Gold Champion Partner for premise-based solutions, and was eager to offer cloud-based solutions as well. The company helps New England businesses design, install and support unified communications solutions, and has been in business for more than 35 years. The two companies strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while ensuring their clients are pleased with both on-premise and cloud-based communications solutions and services.

The M5 Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program is tailored for value-added resellers and systems integrators wishing to offer cloud-based phone systems and unified communications to their customers. It gives a broad range of options to companies of all sizes seeking a comprehensive communications solution. ShoreTel completed its acquisition of M5 Networks last month, adding cloud-based phone systems to its communications portfolio.
