IntelePeer Launches Two New UC Bundles

March 21, 2012

Cloud communications provider IntelePere launched two new cloud-based service bundles in the UC market today.  The IntelePeer CoreCloud UC and IntelePeer CoreCloud UC Wireless bring all the benefits of a UC solution while integrating the CoreCloud SIP Trunking for easy connectivity between old and new solutions. The SIP Trunking is also certified for other UC vendors like Avaya, Microsoft Lync and Cisco.

UC comes with a bevy of benefits, as users can communicate more efficiently by having access to all communications at one time. Information is free to share, forward, or manage in a way that's most convenient for the given communication.

But not all UC solutions are created equally. Customers usually look for less complex solutions that are easy to manage.

"Customers clearly see the benefits of Unified Communications, but they want more control and predictability when it comes to budget management and deployment of advanced features," said Margaret Norton, general manager, Enterprises at IntelePeer. "Our CoreCloud bundles offer the ideal solution, with inclusive monthly fees and a per-user pricing option that makes it very easy for organizations to deploy and manage their UC solutions."

With CoreCloud UC Basic, users can opt to pay per user or port and only pay for what they need. Port-based pricing is available in both Basic and Wireless.

IntelePeer’s SIP Trunking services were recently rated Avaya compliant, giving Avaya IP Office customers the advantages of utilizing national coverage from a single SIP Trunking provider. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office Release 7.0.

"Avaya has earned a great reputation for its business communications solutions. Now small and midsized businesses selecting Avaya solutions can take advantage of the high quality, flexibility, ease-of-use and cost benefits that come with IntelePeer SIP Trunking services," said Norton. "By investing in compliance testing with Avaya IP Office to extend our existing compatibility with Avaya Aura, customers and partners can depend on IntelePeer SIP Trunking as a natural extension of the broad Avaya enterprise-wide architecture."
