Jebsen and Jessen Communications (JJC), a customer driven communication-solutions provider, has extended its geographic reach to Asia with a focus on business solutions consulting services.


JJC will grow geographically to reach new markets in Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar, in addition to redesigning its business focus. With continued business communications solutions for enterprises, the company specializes in the areas of IP telephony, unified communication and contact center solutions through a certified consultancy team. JJC's consultants are trained to recognize business needs and market demands with an investigative mind.

The company provides business communication solutions for multinational customers specializing in the implementation of IP (Internet Protocol) telephony. JJC also helps customers develop unified communication and contact centersolutions across their global networks as well as diagnose, design and deploy CRM contact centers, provide network infrastructure and develop wireless and mobility solutions for a variety of market verticals.

JJC has also developed in-house software solutions to help enterprises respond to major IT trends such as cloud computing and an ever-increasing mobile workforce. The company’s business solution team has grown to support customers from different vertical markets with the best practices. In order to make take advantage of the cloud-based environment, the business solutions team will provide scalable and cost-effective applications and technologies.
