AltiGen, Eurodata Team to Deliver MaxACD Call Center Solution for Microsoft Lync

Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) is Eurodata’s first customer of MaxACD Contact Center for Lync. AAT is a U.K-based qualifications and membership body for accounting staff and awards over 90 percent of all vocational finance qualifications.
For AAT’s Microsoft Lync client-enabled call center agents, MaxACD will be providing a natively integrated advance call routing and distribution solution.
Noting that Eurodata Systems’ strong expertise in Microsoft solutions coupled with their customer centric business approach make them an ideal partner for AltiGen, Paul Fullman, vice president of sales for the EMEA region at AltiGen, said that AAT is the first of many projects the company looks forward to collaborating on.
AltiGen’s MaxACD Contact Center solutions for Microsoft Lync provide rich call center features such as skills-based routing, multi-level auto attendant, a flexible and adaptable IVR with CRM integration capabilities, call recording, and monitoring and reporting.
Company officials said that all these are tightly integrated with Microsoft Lync to provide a compelling communications solution either on-premise or delivered via the cloud.
