Netelligent Achieves Master Unified Communications Specialization from Cisco
Netelligent Corporation has achieved the Master Unified Communications Specialization from Cisco.
In a release, Luke Johnson, director of Professional Services at Netelligent, said, “Achieving Cisco’s Master Unified Communications Specialization further demonstrates Netelligent’s expertise around planning, designing, implementing, and supporting complex unified communications solutions.”
It was revealed by company sources that this specialization highlights Netelligent Corporation’s capabilities to fulfill all training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support highly sophisticated applications-based Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
“We continue to widen our breadth of unified communications solutions offerings to our customers to provide options ranging from on premise solutions to hybrid cloud solutions. The achievement of this specialization also furthers the continued growth in our partnership with Cisco and we look forward to our future success together,” Johnson added.
In order to achieve the Master Unified Communications Specialization, it is necessary for resale channel partners to attain the Advanced Unified Communications Specialization. Also it is imperative for partners to meet stringent requirements to showcase their master-level sales, technical, and services capabilities, said officials.
It is also required that master specialized partners should hold Cisco and industry-standard technical certifications, provide customer references that document Cisco-prescribed design and deployment capabilities, besides giving evidence that they have the infrastructure to support a full menu of Lifecycle Services offerings and capabilities.
