Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialization, Cisco Gold Certification Awarded to Logicalis

Logicalis is one of the leading providers of integrated information and communications technology (ICT) solutions and services. The company recently announced that Cisco has awarded them with both the Master Unified Communications Specialization and the Gold Certification.

The Master Unified Communications Specialization was awarded to Logicalis as the company has satisfied all the criteria with regards to the training requirements and program prerequisites that are required to sell, deploy and support highly sophisticated applications-based Cisco Unified Communications solutions.

In a release, Bob Hankins, vice president, Communications and Collaboration, for Logicalis said that “Logicalis is very pleased to have once again earned both of these prestigious certifications. The fact that Logicalis has been able to consistently deliver the breadth and depth of services in the unified communications and networking space that meet the strict requirements of these programs is a testament to the knowledge and expertise we have within our staff and the outstanding ways in which we serve our customers in these important market spaces.”

Resale channel partners who are want to achieve the Master Unified Communications Specialization must first attain the Advanced Unified Communications Specialization.  

Richard McLeod, director of unified communications for worldwide channels at Cisco said that, “To help turn the promise of unified communications into a strategic advantage, customers are demanding an enhanced set of skills and capabilities from channel partners. Logicalis’ investment in the Master Unified Communications Specialization ranks them among the industry’s elite.”

Logicalis had fulfilled the strict requirements that Cisco had established in networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction to earn the Gold Certification. Edison Peres, senior vice president of worldwide channels at Cisco said that, “We are committed to providing the tools, training and programs that facilitate partner growth, differentiation and profitability. With specializations in unified communications, routing and switching, security, and wireless LAN, Logicalis has made an investment in developing the capability to deliver the integrated and customized technology solutions that today’s customers demand.”
