Network Equipment Technologies to Take Part in Security Research Associates' Growth Stock Conference

Network Equipment Technologies, Inc., a company that offers high performance networking equipment optimized for real-time communications, has confirmed its participation at the Annual SRA Fall Growth Stock Conference at the Le Meridien Hotel in San Francisco on November 15, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. PT.

Conference attendees will include a select group of institutional portfolio managers and analysts, and will feature CEOs and CFOs from some of the fastest growing companies in the technology and life sciences sectors. SRA has arranged for webcasting of company presentations during this event.

NET is headquartered in Fremont, CA and has 14 offices worldwide including the U.S., the U.K., France, the Middle East, China, Japan, Australia, and Latin America. The company sells its solutions to enterprise and government customers through a direct sales force and an international network of resellers and distributors.

The company also provides global services in support of large enterprise deployments of Microsoft Lync. Thanks to the new NET global support offering, customers will have access to global support services via a single contact point.  

Network Equipment Technologies is offering the centralized global support hub on request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a Web-based platform. NET expert consultants around the world will process all customer support enquiries centrally.  

In related news, Network Equipment posted revenue of $16.4 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2012, down from $20.2 million in Q2 fiscal 2011. Though there was a year-on-year revenue decrease, the company reported a sequential increase in quarterly revenue primarily due to the Federal government's fiscal year end and continued strength in product revenue from unified communications sales to enterprise customers and other IP-based applications.
