SunTel Services Completes 25-Year Milestone

SunTel Services , a company offering services for voice, data and unified networks to businesses in Michigan, has completed 25 successful years in the market by meeting the communications needs of its clients and is now celebrating this occasion.

The company currently serves more than 1,000 customers and supports more than 2,500 communication systems. It is involved in installing, managing, monitoring and maintaining services for voice, data, video and enterprise networks for businesses across the state.

According to company officials, they are proud about themselves on understanding the specialized needs of their clients and on being “big enough to complete complex projects but small enough provide personal service.”

“We are proud to celebrate this landmark achievement of 25 years and also to celebrate the ongoing commitment of our customers, partners and employees,” said Gary Jackson, president of SunTel Services. “Being in such a fast paced and dynamic industry, keeping our minds open to new ideas and changing technology has allowed us to continue to transform our business to meet customer demands and maintain a strong team of talented people.”

SunTel came into force in 1986 to offer phone systems, and since then it has evolved and expanded its offerings with new and better technological shifts over the past two decades, such as internal computer networks, email, Internet, network security, unified networks and managing customer networks remotely.

“We are proud to be a Michigan company and making this milestone doesn't mean we'll be resting on our accomplishments,” added Jackson.

Jackson said that their company is dedicated to staying on top of the evolution of communications, from virtualization and cloud computing, to the continued explosion of smart devices and service management and unifying and harnessing these technologies to meet their clients' communication challenges is their future focus.
