Cbeyond Set to Discuss Benefits of Cloud Solutions for SMBs at ITEXPO West 2011

Cbeyond, Inc., a provider of IT and communications services to nearly 60,000 small businesses in the U.S., will present multiple topics at ITEXPO West 2011 in Austin this week – covering the competitive advantage of cloud solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses.

Jeff Uphues, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Cbeyond Cloud Services, will present a session titled, “A Competitive Edge: Hosted and Cloud Services Solutions for SMBs.” The session, taking place tomorrow at 12:30 p.m. CST, will take a critical look at the current state of hosted and cloud services and why service providers must act now on this compelling revenue opportunity with SMBs. Uphues will be joined by Chris Carabello of Metaswitch Networks; Alon Cohen of Phone.com; and Corey McFadden of Infradapt.

In addition, Uphues will also present during a panel discussion titled, “The First Step to Selling Cloud Services.” This session, happening on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m., will explore the strategies and best practices for starting a dialog about cloud telephony and unified communications with both current and prospective customers.

A division of Cbeyond, Cbeyond Cloud Services, recently won Microsoft's Hosting Partner of the Year Award for 2009 and 2010 in connection with Microsoft's Hyper-V Server product, integrates and simplifies business-class technology services in the cloud for small and medium businesses in more than 60 countries around the world.
