Broadvox and X4 Solutions Partner for Unified Communications

August 24, 2011

X4 Solutions, a Master Agency based in Illinois, has recently announced a new strategic partnership with Broadvox, provider of IP and Unified Communication solutions. With this partnership, X4 Solutions will obtain Broadvox’s SIP Trunking services and Unified Communications services and gain the ability to provide them to businesses nationwide.

Given Broadvox’s vast knowledge and experience in VoIP solutions and delivering customized SIP Trunking solutions with built-in reliability, scalability and interoperability over a private global network, the decision to join forces was a no brainer for X4 Solutions.

“Broadvox and their ability to deliver customized SIP Trunking and virtual PBX functionality is a great fit for our Sales partners and their customers. In researching the Broadvox solution it became clear from the start that they overlay with our Sales Partner’s customer base perfectly,” said Curt Allen, president of sales for X4 Solutions. “The key to any great partnership is the people and on that end we are very impressed with the Broadvox team and their combination of talent both known and new to us.”

Furthermore, by utilizing Broadvox’s portfolio of SIP and UC products, X4 and their Agent Partners can implement customized Broadvox SIP Trunk products to transition businesses to IP Telephony and Unified Communications capabilities when they are ready to deploy.

According to the recent press release, with fully-managed cloud solutions like Broadvox’s GO!VBX Managed, together Broadvox and X4 can deliver the UC features businesses require, without the need to increase their IT department resources or for expensive PBX, LAN and router equipment. Businesses can also keep their existing IP phone systems in place to save as long as they are compatible, or they can purchase or lease equipment from Broadvox, X4 and their Agent Partners if necessary.

“X4 is an organization with a solid understanding of the comparative advantages and associated costs of the industry’s best IP Telephony solutions; Broadvox is pleased to be represented by this Master Agency,” said Chad Krantz, executive director of channel sales at Broadvox. “The relationship with X4 provides an opportunity for increased commissions, national exposure and business growth for X4 and its Partner Agents, as well as for Broadvox.”
