Fidelus Technologies, provider of Unified Communications (News - Alert) and Collaboration solutions, has been given the status of “Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence” by Cisco Systems, Inc., global leader in networking, communication and collaboration solutions.

Based on the results of a survey carried out by Cisco (News - Alert), the status of Customer Satisfaction Excellence is only extended to a partner within the "Cisco Channel Partner Program”. On achieving the status, the participating partner company is conferred with a star on the Cisco.com partner page to relay information about the status to current and potential clients.
