PathSolutions Now an Authorized Alliance Member in the ShoreTel Innovation Network
PathSolutions, a provider of automated network intelligence gathering solutions, claimed that it is now a validated alliance member in the ShoreTel Innovation Network.
The ShoreTel Innovation Network provides companies with the opportunity to develop, validate, and document their product's interoperability with ShoreTel's UC solution. It also provides a unique way to introduce one’s products and services to ShoreTel's array of Reseller Partners and end-user customers. As a validated alliance member, PathSolutions would get to enjoy: exposure within ShoreTel's Innovation Network Catalog; jointly-created technical and marketing materials; exposure to ShoreTel's array of reseller partners and distributors through press activity, case studies, webinars, and events; and more.
ShoreTel acknowledged that PathSolutions software easily identifies the root-cause of network anomalies that may cause poor quality voice calls. It has proven to be very easy to use and considerably more in-depth than other tools ShoreTel has seen. The company is very pleased to have them join the Innovation Network.
PathSolutions asserted that its Total Network Visibility Suite of products represents a new direction in network performance monitoring by changing how engineering effort is utilized. The suite offers users the complete picture of network health – every device’s and link’s status in the network is automatically monitored. Users will benefit from this feature as they would now have the ability to pinpoint the source and cause of network errors no matter where they occur. PathSolutions Network Monitor will even email the IT team and their colleagues a daily report on network health so the whole team will be on the same page.
