Cisco Awards Master Unified Communications Specialization to DataVox

Houston, Texas based DataVox claimed that it has attained Master Unified Communications Specialization status from Cisco in recognition of its abilities to fulfill all the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support highly sophisticated applications-based Cisco Unified Communications solutions.

Resale channel partners that attain Advanced Unified Communications Specialization only are eligible for achieving Master Unified Communications Specialization. The status acknowledges that a partner has met stringent requirements that demonstrate their master-level sales, technical, and services capabilities. Master specialized partners are also required to possess a number of Cisco and industry-standard technical certification requirements, provide customer references that document Cisco-prescribed design and deployment capabilities.

unified communications reported that in order to protect the integrity and value of the master specialization, Cisco requires an annual onsite audit and for that partners will be asked to provide validation of third-party certifications, proof of specific business processes, and proof of proficiency in unified communications technologies.

DataVox claimed that it is already a Cisco Gold Certified Business Partner, Master Unified Communications Specialized Partner, and Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) for the Data Center Unified Computing Certification and currently has seven Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts on staff and was named Cisco Service Partner of the Year, South Region at the 2011 Cisco Partner Summit.
