Polycom Launches New Video Offerings Specially Designed for Emerging SMBs

Polycom, Inc. a supplier of unified communications or UC solutions announced the release of new video offerings that are especially designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The new Polycom RealPresence Ready is a comprehensive open video collaboration solution that suits the needs of SMBs by offering a high quality video collaboration tool that is cost effective.

Officials explained that the Polycom RealPresence Ready is a comprehensive video solution for SMBs that offers business-grade performance in terms of quality, reliability, security, and scalability. RealPresence Ready is fully backward and forward compatible with any communications system that customers may already have or may buy later.

Polycom also announced the release of new cloud-based offerings powered by the Polycom UC Intelligent Core software platform which can provide secure video solutions on demand. These solutions help companies facing situations like tighter budgets and leaner staffs as in emerging companies.

Company sources added that these solutions serve and Polycom’s strategy of offering video collaboration tools with a flexible expansion path for growing SMBs.
