Fidelus Technologies Earns Multiple Certifications from Cisco

Fidelus Technologies, a provider of Unified Communications & Collaborations (UC &C) solutions, announced the company has achieved Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialization and Cisco Managed Services Master Certification.

The company also earned the Cisco Gold Unified Communications Re-certification.

Fidelus has established managed Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, practices and tools in place to support Cisco Advanced technologies at all phases of the lifecycle.

“These certifications underscore our commitment to our teams overall expertise, our continuous process improvement, and providing our clients with the highest level of service possible”, said Ron Rosansky, president and CEO of Fidelus Technologies, in a statement.

The Cisco Master Unified Communications Specialization proves the company’s ability to provide sophisticated, value added Cisco Unified Communications solutions through in-depth sales capabilities, technology skills and service offerings.

Cisco Managed Services Channel Program Master certification demonstrates the company’s ability to sell and deliver Cisco-based Managed Services through a premium Network Operating Center (NOC). The certification also entitles them to offer enhanced management practices, company officials added.

According to company officials, the Cisco Gold Re-certification reaffirms Fidelus’ commitment to delivering and dramatically impacting the way their clients communicate and collaborate.

Back in April, Fidelus Technologies announced it has won Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence status and Data Center Specializations with Cisco Systems. This award by Cisco is the highest distinction that a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.

The Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence status and Data Center Specializations awards are usually based upon customer satisfaction results, surveys and assessments, captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool.

Recently, unified communications reported that employment requests for ITIL users have jumped 89 percent year to year to 1,619 job postings. The findings was based on the January 2011 Dice Report, issued by Dice.com.
