Datapulse to Showcase Collaboration Applications at IAUG Global Conference

Datapulse, an Avaya unified communications developer, will showcase the latest in collaboration applications at IAUG Global Conference in stand 238. This event is set to take place May 22 - 26 at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.

As captured in this news release, the suite of unified communications applications offered by Datapulse has helped organizations to improve the productivity and effectiveness of people, communications and processes. 

During the IAUG exhibition, Datapulse will offer demonstrations of its attendant operator consoles, and voice and text paging applications designed for IP telephones and hosted call management, to enable event visitors to discuss their application requirements with the skilled experts that will be on hand. 

The applications the company plans to demonstrate include Intuition, an advanced attendant operator consult that includes an integrated directory and live presence status; Progression, an IP phone application that includes voice and text paging and is the recommended replacement solution for end-of-life Nortel Application Gateway 2000; Progression SaaS, which is a hosted call accounting and communications analysis; and Call Recording advanced voice recording and monitoring software. 

“We are delighted to be exhibiting once again at the IAUG Global Conference which unites thousands of telecom and information technology professionals from around the globe,” said John Slauson, sales director at Datapulse, in a statement. “We will be demonstrating a unique, integrated range of applications for Avaya and heritage Nortel platforms that ensure that organizations provide exceptional service to their customers, partners and suppliers while minimizing the costs of doing so.”

In other Datapulse news, the company announced last month the Datapulse Call Recording, release 4.0. This latest release is designed for the enterprise and call centers and includes an intuitive web-based interface, supports multi-site deployments, is scalable for small to large deployments. The Datapulse Call Recording 4.0 solution can be managed as a single system for any location. 

Also last month, Enghouse Systems, a global enterprise software vendor and Datapulse parent company, signed a Master Distribution Agreement with Converged Communications FZ LLC (CCMENA) for the Middle East and North Africa region. Technology and services are offered under the Datapulse brand, among others.
