InfoStreet Offers Free Conferencing and Calendaring Service

The demand for conference calling has gone up as virtual meetings are on the rise and to address this need InfoStreet Inc. has introduced a free conferencing and calendaring service called StreetSmart Meeting.

Normally, conference calling is a service with premium fees. StreetSmart meeting has made this a free service which can take place any time, any where thanks to permanent conference call numbers that remove the need to be next to the computer for scheduling a call.
According to company officials, a calendar tool is included for inviting friends and relatives to join the conference call and send reminders for the group calls.
Also, these calls are secure and can be recorded, stored and played back for a period of 90 days without any cost.
Siamak Farah, founder and CEO of InfoStreet (News - Alert) Inc. said affordable world-class software solutions have been provided by the company to small businesses. In addition, the company has extended its service to the wider consumer market through this free service StreetSmart Meeting.
Farah noted that the benefits of Web-delivered productivity software are made available to a new group of consumers. The company has helped small businesses through its small business management software to improve employee performance, improve communication and reduce costs.
Thanks to StreetSmart Meeting, whether the people are at home or in the office or on the move they can easily create and manage all their conference calls. The service can be activated instantly without going through any hassles of filling up forms. Individuals have the freedom to participate in the conference call with a landline or a cell phone at their convenience.
InfoStreet is providing a dedicated dial in number and access codes to users. Users can host multiple conference calls simultaneously by creating a one-time conference call bridge number. One only has to dial the phone number and the access code to join the conference call. There is no time limit for conference call and as many as 150 people can join in a conference call.
The conference call service can be utilized for many applications. Some of the uses are for project planning, training sessions, coaching sessions, team building, group meetings, and family reunion on phone.
