Prairie Interactive Messaging, a CSG Systems company, has launched its Customer Interaction Solutions Suite, designed to help retailers connect with their customers.
This multi-channel communications combines interactive voice, SMS/text, email and print communications to allow retailers to communicate with individual customers about special offers, discounts and other incentives on a personal level.
CSG is also offering the advanced analytics capabilities of their Quaero marketing analytics solution with the Customer Interaction Solutions Suite. These capabilities will allow the retailers to determine the communication channel preferences and appropriate messages for their customers, which increases the likelihood for higher response rates.
The Customer Interaction Solutions Suite also offers Mobile Couponing, which allows retailers to deliver coupons and other incentives to purchase goods and services directly to a consumer’s mobile phone.
Ann Cannon, vice president at Prairie Interactive Messaging (News - Alert) noted that Mobile Couponing is just one example of how their latest solution gives retailers new ways to interact and transact with their customers.
“Our solutions provide convenient, cost-effective ways for retailers to create additional revenue streams and ongoing brand loyalty with customers,” she added.
As the new Customer Interaction Solution Suite can maximize response rates it provides a unique way to supplement traditional marketing channels. The company’s officials say that a combination of the communication channels across interactive voice, SMS/text, email and print can be combined together to create a seamlessly integrated communication solution.
CSG Systems (News - Alert) International is a provider of customer interaction management and billing solutions.
