Fonality Doubles Customer Sales in First Half of 2010

Fonality, a provider of cloud-based business phone solutions and contact center solutions for growing businesses, has announced the company’s customer sales in the first half of 2010 have more than doubled compared to the prior year.

According to company officials, Fonality’s (News - Alert) cloud-based business communications solutions replace traditional phone systems and its patented technology provides automated system monitoring, rock-solid connectivity and complete data privacy over the cloud. Advanced functionalities include: unified messaging, chat, voicemail and e-mail, and integration with products such as Microsoft Outlook, Google (News - Alert) and Salesforce.

New product enhancements, corporate expansions and increased customer sign-ups propelled Fonality's success during the first part of this year, company officials said.

At the core of Fonality's core cloud-based IP-PBX (News - Alert) solutions are Fonality Connect and Fonality Professional / Enterprise, previously known as UNBOUND and PBxtra respectively.

Fonality Connect, designed for SOHOs, is a competitively priced, all-inclusive cloud communication solution with unlimited domestic and international calling between 10 countries.

Fonality Professional and Enterprise, designed for small- to medium-sized businesses and enterprises, provides an on-site software option for the cloud service. The benefits of these premise systems include added privacy, on-site redundancy, network optimization and WAN failover.

Fonality's unified communications suite, HUD, integrates with Professional and Enterprise and merges all communications into one, easy-to-use dashboard.

In addition, company officials said that as Fonality continues to grow, the company has doubled its team over the last year and expanded operations through additional offices in Dallas and Sydney.
