SofterWare, Inc., developer of DonorPerfect Fundraising Software, announced its enhanced integration with Constant Contact. Constant Contact is an e-mail service provider for small businesses, nonprofits, and member associations.
DonorPerfect helps cultivate donor relationships and achieve good fundraising results, said SofterWare, Inc. DonorPerfect organizes all the clients’ donor information in one database, making it easy to stay close to their best supporters, track gifts, send thank you notes, produce fundraising appeals and track campaign effectiveness.
With the help of DonorPerfect’s sophisticated query features, nonprofits can target constituents based on virtually any attribute – including giving history. Allowing nonprofits to send emails, solicitations, newsletters, alerts and other communications to the exact constituent segment they choose, this targeted list is uploaded automatically to Constant Contact. Within Constant Contact, they can create their solicitations from over 400 templates, and send them to constituents with an over 97 percent delivery rate.
Doug Schoenberg, CEO of SofterWare, Inc, said “E-mail continues to be one of the best and most cost-effective ways for nonprofits to communicate with donors, volunteers and other constituents, but targeting the right people with the right message and tracking the results requires sophisticated tools that work well together. Integrating with Constant Contact’s proven and cost-effective e-mail tools allows DonorPerfect customers to compose, send, and track e-mail campaigns.”
By making all campaign results, including opens, bounces, clicks, and other metrics, automatically available within DonorPerfect, DonorPerfect further enhances Constant Contact, states the company. This unlimited history of campaign statistics can be used for analysis, reporting, campaign follow-up, and further targeting. Constant Contact believes that this partnership will enhance integration between DonorPerfect and Constant Contact.
Recently, the company announced a strategic partnership with NOZA, Inc., that will enable DonorPerfect clients to access actual giving transactions from NOZA's database of over 44 MILLION people, companies, and charitable foundations. Starting with the web-based version DonorPerfect Online, DonorPerfect clients will be able to access their donor's giving information in NOZA with an integrated link.
