Pacer Technology Launches New Interactive Application for Improving Customer Buying Experience

Pacer Technology, a solution provider for a variety of consumer products, has stated that their new interactive technology application that can be used via any push button phone or text messaging system is capable of changing the way customers shop. It will aid consumers make faster, better and more informed purchase decisions and the new Interactive Glue Guide made using the app will help consumers to answer adhesive-related questions.

 
Super Glue Corporation, a dealer in the manufacture of high grade bonding agents has stated that it will support Pacer’s new technology launch with a rigorous customer campaign and will place Interactive Glue Guide at retail outlets this month, followed by traditional, online and social media outreach.  
 
Pacer Technology has claimed that it is the ultimate resource for all things involving and packaging and their new interactive glue guide will prompt customers to call 866-GLUE-911 or simply send the text message “superglue” to 41411. Customers will then be providing simple details about their materials that have to be glued and after that Pacer’s Interactive Glue Guide provides the name and picture of the correct adhesive for the project or job.
 
Officials with Pacer have stated that their research have revealed that when consumers cannot determine which adhesive to buy for their project, they often leave the store without making a purchase. When the retail outlet displays the Interactive Glue Guide instructions, the outlet becomes the solution center for customers and it removes the retail staff’s burden of answering customers’ technical, adhesive-related questions – it empowers the consumer to make the right choice quickly.
 
Though common products such as cold-medicine, make-up are available from various manufacturers, they would want their products to be different than the others and this makes retail categories overwhelmingly confusing to consumers. Using Pacer’s proprietary technology, a diversity of consumer brands will be able to quickly and easily direct customers to the perfect product to satisfy their specific needs.
