Star Telecom Signs Agreement to Offer Genesys Customer Experience Solutions
Agreement adds cloud and on-premises omnichannel contact center platforms to Star Telecom's portfolio
TORONTO, Dec. 12, 2018 /CNW/ - Star Telecom, www.startelecom.ca Canada's only telecommunications provider focused exclusively on contact centres, has signed a reseller agreement with Genesys® (www.genesys.com), the global leader in omnichannel customer experience and contact centre solutions. The agreement enables Star Telecom to market, sell and support Genesys PureConnect™ and Genesys PureCloud® platforms.
Star Telecom is a Toronto-based telecommunications services and solutions provider for contact centres, providing services such as SIP Trunking, Cloud Contact Centre, Call Recording Cloud PBX and SMS. Through this agreement, businesses can deploy the PureConnect and PureCloud platforms as a complementary component of the Star Telecom portfolio or as an independent solution.
Star Telecom's deep understanding and focus on contact centre enables it to provide closely integated services which tie into Genesys PureConnect and PureCloud. This partnership enables Star Telecom to offer its customers a single, seamlessly integrated cloud or on-premises platform from Genesys instead of a set of solutions from different providers. This makes implementation and management of these solutions easier to deploy and manage.
