Apptix – a provider of hosted Unified Communications (News - Alert) services – is re-launching MailStreet.com, the e-commerce and educational site for Apptix’s (News - Alert) small business-focused MailStreet brand.
Accessible now, the new MailStreet.com is a shopping portal for businesses interested in hosted communications services, as well as a resource site, which provides educational information on each service offering and the value it can provide a business.
“Small businesses continue to recognize and adopt cloud-based hosted services to meet their communication and collaboration needs,” said Chris Damvakaris (News - Alert), vice president of sales and marketing for Apptix. “Our newly-launched MailStreet site not only makes it easier for our small business clients to purchase and use these services, but it also helps educate them about cloud-based services and how to best incorporate these services in their overall IT strategy.”
The re-launched MailStreet.com features:
- An “Education” section on each service page, which provides quick access to helpful information, as well as detailing the service features, specifications and requirements.
- Each product page also highlights what products and services can be integrated with their selection. This makes customers aware of special offers or bundles that may be available, saving them time and money when it comes to buying and implementing their services.
- A new “Resources” section provides industry information and best practices about cloud-based service in the SMB market.
MailStreet.com will offer all of Apptix’s enterprise-class hosted business communications services individually or as integrated solutions, including:
Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange Email
Microsoft SharePoint Sites
Voice over IP (VoIP)
Web Conferencing
Secure Instant Messaging with Presence
