ACT Extends Its Contract with AB&T Telecom

ACT Conferencing recently announced the extension of its contract with AB&T Telecom (News - Alert). AB&T Telecom, headquartered in Gaithersburg, Md., is a national telecommunications master agent which now mainly focuses on conferencing services.
In a release Paul Vick who is the director of channel sales at ACT Conferencing said that "Adding AB&T to our partner program will enable us to further demonstrate the quality and value that our conferencing services provide and help us to expand the reach of our services into new markets across the United States."
AB&T Telecom is an expert when it comes to telecommunications, cloud computing and converged technology solutions. AB&T has operations with more than 500 value-added resellers, agents and consultants across the U.S. The company delivers voice, data, SaaS (News - Alert), Internet and wireless network solutions to business and government customers. Now, with this partnership, the companies are together beginning a series of education and training initiatives to AB&T reseller partners. With these initiatives, the AB&T reseller partners are able to more proficiently offer ACT Conferencing services to their customers.
In a release Emmet J. Tydings who is the president of AB&T Telecom said that "ACT Conferencing offers a breadth of high quality audio, video and Web conferencing products and services that extend communication efficiencies to businesses of all sizes and in all market segments. This gives our technology partners great flexibility in customizing conferencing solutions to match their customers' particular needs, and combining that with AB&T and ACT's joint commitment to superior customer service makes this partnership a win-win situation for all involved."
AB&T now provides full suite of ACT conferencing products and services that include ReadyConnect, Elite audio conferencing, and ConferenceCast webinars.
With the help of ReadyConnect's self-managed audio conferencing, the customers can schedule conference calls on-demand, 24 x 7. Participants are now able to team up via audio conferencing anytime with the help of a suitable dial-in number and passcode.
Elite audio conference calls give a customized experience with seasoned conference coordinators. These coordinators are all set to help customers to plan and handle the details of every meeting such as tailored invitations, RSVPs, welcome scripts, Internet broadcasting, real-time interpretation, Q&A, continuous event monitoring and archiving.
ConferenceCast webinars offer an economic way to perform Web conferences with more than thousands of people. This includes training, distance learning, presentations or demonstrations.
