New Telecom Expense Management Company Verilytics Inc. Announced

November 11, 2009

Telecommunications industry experts Ty Hart and John Hogan have reportedly co-founded a new telecom expense management and auditing company, Verilytics, Inc.

Based in Portland, Ore., Verilytics offers comprehensive auditing services, along with automated solutions, which will help business of any size to gain insight and control over their telecommunications costs.

The company got started because the telecommunications veterans saw an increased need for high quality audit and invoice management services in the marketplace. With the help of their combined legal, audit and carrier backgrounds, Hart and Hogan launched a new company to help businesses not only to navigate complex and frustrating carrier invoices, but also helped them improve their bottom lines.

“Telecommunications expenses are among the largest cost items on corporate income statements, and according to leading industry analysts, many companies can lower their telecommunications costs by 15 percent or more with a detailed audit,” said John Hogan, chief operating officer and co-founder of Verilytics. “We can help organizations achieve lasting savings, and implement valuable best practices to dramatically improve their bottom line.”

Apart from auditing, Verilytics also offers services, such as automated invoice processing and payment, wireless optimization, network design and procurement, project management, provisioning, and tariff/contract analysis.

Verilytics’ “Invoice Processing Service” currently provides businesses with automated system alerts, a centralized control center, continuous performance monitoring and an automated “Invoice X-Ray” system, which eases billing discrepancies by utilizing color coding and ticketing.

In addition, Verilytics’ comprehensive ManageRight software also provides a centralized view of both assets as well as expenses.

Verilytics said that the main idea of all its solutions is to streamline resource-intensive tasks with automation, thereby offering clients with actionable intelligence, which can be used to make quick, informed TEM decisions.

“Every month, companies spend countless dollars on overcharges and services they didn’t request or need,” said Ty Hart, president and co-founder of Verilytics, in a release. “We felt that a lot of companies are being under served in this area. Organizations of all shapes and sizes need cost effective ways to gain control of their telecom budget and reduce expenses, and we are here to help them.”

According to Verilytics, it can not only identify cost savings, but can also provide immediate recommendations to optimize communications environment – all with the help of company’s proven business models.

Verilytics also has an office in Boise, Idaho. Its clients can take advantage of company’s existing relationships with more than 80 service providers, said officials.
