Ensim Corporation Reports Record Growth in 2008

At least there is some good news for some in the industry. Ensim Corporation, provider of change management, user provisioning and access control software, has announced that it has doubled its user base in 2008 and now supports more than two million users. This growth, the company says, reflects their new focus on the enterprise market in addition to their significant growth in the tier one telecom service provider market.

 

"Despite the shifting global economic climate, Ensim (News - Alert) grew more than 100%, with expansion in both the United States and internationally in the enterprise and service provider markets," said Dave Wippich, president and CEO of Ensim Corporation. "Our products have gained strength in the market due to a compelling value proposition that includes an immediate return on investment, easy deployment and huge productivity gains while adding significantly to security, compliance and control for our customers. With our current momentum, we expect similar growth to continue in 2009."

 

Ensim made several product announcements in 2008 including, the upgrade of the Ensim Unify Enterprise Edition, which allows enterprises to achieve security and compliance goals while cutting IT costs associated with access management, user provisioning, role management, change management, and auditing and compliance of Active Directory, Exchange email, and mobility applications.

 

The company also released new versions of its Unify Service Provider Edition, Ensim Unify Shared, along with several new connectors, including Microsoft (News - Alert) CRM.

 

Partnerships on the enterprise side were significant with eight new resellers in the last five months, extending Ensim’s reach into numerous verticals and international markets. Some partners include MessageNet (Israel), Norseman Defense (United States), Solutions-Exchange (France), Messaging Solutions (United States) Fleximation (Canada), Qast Singapore Pte Ltd. (Singapore), LEX Computer Systems (Greece) and Antares NetlogiX (Austria).

 

Ensim also has reason to celebrate for their prosperous year in 2008. In addition to receiving the Product of the Year Award from TMC's Unified Communications (News - Alert) and the Product of the Year Award from Communication Solutions, Ensim Unify Enterprise Edition was also named a bronze medal winner of the "2008 Editor's Best Awards" in the messaging category by Penton Media's Windows IT Pro (News - Alert) magazine.
