Vyopta Working with Cisco

Vyopta announced it entered an agreement with Cisco to be a part of its SolutionsPlus Program. This enables Cisco consumers, channel partners, and sales teams to purchase Vyopta via Cisco’s Global Price List. In the end, ordering is made easy with partners and sales teams properly compensated.

"Today many of Cisco's largest enterprise customers use Vyopta to assure their employees have the best possible experience collaborating with voice, video, and messaging technologies," said Alfredo Ramirez, CEO of Vyopta. "Being selected to the SolutionsPlus program and Global Price List enables Cisco and its partners to help more customers improve how they collaborate and grow their usage of Cisco UC&C products."

Vyopta offers Cisco and multi-vendor operations several all-encompassing UCC features including unified analytics for Cisco video, voice, and collaboration products. These include CMS, UCM, WebEx, and Spark. Also offered is simple and quick to install monitors, incorporating Skype for Business, Polycom, Vidyo, Zoom, and Pexip.

Ways to enhance consumer experience is an add-on and includes device availability, live call monitoring, personalized alerts, call quality, and failure insights. Additionally, business insights are available to boost ROI and a greater adoption of UC&C technologies.

Texas-based Vyopta is a provider of unified communications and collaboration, a market estimated to reach $57 billion by 2024, according to Global Market Insights research. The company supervises upward of two billion minutes of UCC annual meetings from Cisco, Microsoft, Polycom, etc., with products used in over 20 industries, one being Bloomberg.
