Cloud Unified Communications and Collaboration provider Arkadin, an NTT Communications company, announced the addition of Cisco (News - Alert) Spark and Cisco Cloud Connected Audio-Service Provider (CCA-SD) to its market solutions. It will deliver the services globally integrates with Arkadin's PSTN audio for a comprehensive meeting experience.

Through Cisco Collaboration Cloud, Spark allows any size company to buy messaging, meeting and calling services, accessible on any device, supporting fixed and mobile employee needs to collaborate. Phone (News - Alert) calls have the ability to become transformed into video meetings with one click and, a simple swipe will move calls to various rooms or mobile devices.
Along with a hybrid audio atmosphere and secure, scalable global infrastructure, the OPEX (News - Alert) subscription model is beneficial for all-sized businesses. This works particularly well for businesses searching to optimize audio conferencing costs by leveraging existing network investments.
