The customer is always right, as the saying goes. So, it would only make sense that New York-based IT service company Entre Computer Services announced that it will strategically offer its large enterprise-class cloud communication via “the customer’s way.”
“We can now offer our customers a true data-voice solution and replace their aging PBX (News - Alert) to eliminate painful maintenance costs and risky points of failure. With considerable abilities in the area of infrastructure, CRM and application integration, and cloud services, Entre complements the cloud communication market by putting ‘local expert service options’ back into the western New York business communications market. We’re very impressed with the innovations seen in modern day business communications. We are looking forward to serving our business community in this business area,” shared Andre Godfrey, President of Entre.
Priding itself on being a customer-first business phone provider, Entre has a few offerings worth noting. Included are a comprehensive cloud PBX, unified communications, team collaboration and contact center portfolio. This all aims to enhance mobility and productivity of the team. Add to it a strong knowledge of service implementation, helpdesk, hardware and network services.
In addition, the company provides a laundry list of related business services, such as business solutions, information systems consulting, project management, network and server engineering, outsourced end-user support, supplemental IT staffing/recruiting services, hardware and software sales, and installations/implementations.
All-encompassing is the name of Entre’s game and now the drive to go “the customer’s way” is a shift in the right direction.
