CommsTrader Names BroadSoft Top UCaaS and CCaaS Provider

Recently, CommsTrader named BroadSoft, Inc. the top UCaaS (Unified Communication-as-a-service) and CCaaS (collaboration and contact center-as-a-Service) provider. CommsTrader commenced its research in July, inviting users of unified communications solutions to make their opinions known.

There’s no greater pleasure than knowing that our users find our solutions indispensable to their productivity and workflows – especially in an industry with such fierce competition,” Taher Behbehani, chief digital marketing officer at BroadSoft noted.

Some 2200 UC users participated in the study. CommsTrader’s Rob Scott, made the decision that this study would solely utilize the opinions and experiences of daily cloud business software company users. Prior studies typically turned to analysts and specialists, Scott wanted a more personalized, unbiased, and balanced vote for the study.

Why did respondents opt for BroadSoft over other companies? Its business portfolio options seemingly helped as it includes a fully-integrated, enterprise-ready cloud PBX (News - Alert), unified communications, team collaboration and contact center services. Businesses desire a complete package in a communications solution, as it saves money, enables collaboration and provides the tools required to engage and work with customers.
