CPaaS: Customer Engagement, Collaboration & More Await

September 07, 2017

The cloud is no passing fad. This force to be reckoned with is facilitating innovation at all points of computing; from the contact center, the c-suite and beyond this maturing technology is a key component of digital transformation and the modern digital era. One area, in specific receiving a facelift from the cloud is communications, which presents much in the way of opportunity. Allow me to explain.

We live in a real time world, seeking real time communications, which are coming in the form of SMS and MMS. The mobile messaging ecosystem is ripe for the taking, as enterprises are adding this to the list of communications demands, and now CPaaS providers are starting to get the message and have begun to integrate texting into solutions.

It is not simply about how the enterprise communicates, but how we engage via person-to-person messaging in addition to application-to-person messaging (A2P), and aiding telecom operators with a way to tap in to the global messaging ecosystem empowering improved enterprise to consumer engagement.

This “New CPaaS-Optimized Enterprise Messaging Ecosystem” will be explored in great detail in a webinar on September 28th at 11am EDT. Dr. Marco Lafrentz, Director of CPaaS Business Line at Tyntec will be joined by TMC Group Editorial Director Erik Linask, and attendees are in for a treat.

Topics to be covered include the rise of cloud communications platforms, and how they fit into the enterprise messaging ecosystem; what the messaging ecosystem can learn from the platform thinking and technical enablement; as well as ways to create a transparent, neutral systems capable of enabling enterprise-to-consumer communications.

We’ve all heard the saying “strike while the iron is hot.” Well, the time is now. What are you waiting for?
