CoreDial Adds BroadWorks to SwitchConnex and UCaaS Solutions

March 23, 2017

CoreDial has more than 600 channel partners delivering cloud communications to more than 20,000 businesses across the United States. SwitchConnex, the company's SaaS platform, has been designed to quickly integrate innovative ICT solutions while providing the backend services to effectively manage, sell, deliver and invoice its offerings. CoreDial has announced it is improving SwitchConnex and its suite of UCaaS solutions by adding yet another global brand. The addition of the BroadWorks call control services will, according to the company, allow its channel partner community to compete and increase its revenue and win over more customers because of this integration.

SwitchConnex partners have a wide range of solutions they can offer to their customers, including private label cloud communication services, hosted PBX, VoIP, SIP trunking and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions. These services are delivered without having to buy any hardware or software, making it possible for businesses of all sizes to deploy enterprise grade solutions.

According to CoreDial, only 20 percent of businesses have moved from premise-based communications to the cloud, with that number slated to jump to 30 percent in the next couple of years. This represents a tremendous opportunity for the company's channel partners and its UCaaS suite of solutions.

The addition of BroadWorks is going to provide more choices, which was addressed by Chris Casale, owner of PureEdge Technologies, when he said, “CoreDial offers freedom of choice, higher margins and puts their partners’ brands first, which makes a huge difference for us. Today, CoreDial is the only vendor that enables us to offer features and solutions to meet the needs of any size client, allowing us to scale our business into larger enterprise environments.”

The BroadWorks platform has been deployed by more than 800 service providers around the world, while 40 percent of the global hosted PBX seats also use the solution. This proven technology can be accessed on the SwitchConnex platform with multi-switch flexibility by also being able to leverage Asterix to address the business needs of any size organization whether it is a single or multi-site enterprise.

Some of the other features BroadWorks will provide include carrier grade reliability, administrative efficiencies and extended contact center capabilities.

“By adding the BroadWorks platform to SwitchConnex, our partners can now take advantage of the changing marketplace and will never turn away business by having the tools to deliver the services that any business demands,” said Caitlin Clark-Zigmond, vice president of product management for CoreDial.
