The participants of Microsoft (News - Alert)'s Early Adopter Partner Program (EAPP) are a select group of organizations that allow the company to introduce new products and services so they can gain valuable data in real-world deployments. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), BroadPoint has more than 15 years of experience with Microsoft, which made it the ideal EAPP company for Dynamics 365.
BroadPoint gives organizations solutions for increasing their membership and customer engagement with mission-critical intelligence, as well as improving the sales and financial performance along with staff productivity. Dynamic 365 was designed to improve many of the functions for the solutions BroadPoint provides.
Tom Condon, BroadPoint Vice President of Enterprise Solutions, said his company has been involved in many EAPP, but they have never seen anything like Dynamic 365; he goes on to say, “Organizations of all sizes want to know more about their customers or members, make swifter, smarter business decisions and do more with less. If these are your objectives, Dynamics 365 needs to be on your strategic planning radar.”
The Dynamic 365 was designed to provide the data decision makers need at the right time with applications organizations are already familiar with, such as Microsoft Office. It provides a unified view of everyone working within the organization, including departments, systems and anyone that is siloed.
With this new solution, it is no longer necessary to perform multiple logins, phone calls and search for emails to develop a new report. Dynamic 365 consolidates all of these types of data into a unified solution in the cloud that can be accessed anywhere on mobile devices and personal computers. By putting all the data employees need at their fingertips, they can communicate and collaborate with everyone in marketing, sales, service, operations, finance, accounting and more.
“As the marketplace shifts from a siloed, systems approach to a unified, role-based approach, Dynamics 365 is ideally positioned to move organizations into the future—making them more efficient, agile and productive,” said Chris Zegal, BroadPoint VP of Marketing.
Having a digital presence in today's ecosystem means understanding the necessary technology to move the organization forward. For BroadPoint, using Dynamic 365 allows it to give its clients solutions to better understand their members and customers with actionable data that delivers results.
