Sangoma Unveils UC Solution
Unified Communications (UC) serve an integral role in a business of any size. The ability to collaborate and communicate is mission critical to success. As more firms place higher value on the benefits provided from a UC deployment, adoption is on the rise and the market is in the midst of some serious growth. Whether its cloud or on-premises the market is on the move.
Illuminating this point, today Sangoma announced the arrival of its PBXact Unified Communications solutions. The full featured business communications system goes above and beyond traditional PBX functionality, offering users Web conferencing/ collaboration, CRM/Help Desk integration, Mobility/Remote user integration as well as FoIP, IVR and a contact center feature set.
The system can be up and running in as little as 10 minutes. Sangoma offers a guided installation wizard and Web interface for users to enjoy a headache free installation. The system is capable of supporting anywhere from 10 to 5,000 users, and also offers a high availability cluster option to ensure exceptional performance.
"IP-PBX deployments have always been a tedious task for the system administrator and confusing for the staff who are receiving new phones", says Bill Wignall, Chief Executive Officer of Sangoma Technologies. "That's because PBX/phone installation has typically required a cumbersome, often manual approach, which PBXact UC now eliminates entirely, saving many hours of frustrating, error-prone work".
Many know Sangoma for its IP phones, which feature Zero-Touch provisioning and free access to phone apps. Zero-Touch provisioning means the phones are virtually plug-and-play, and phone apps provides a slew of business features.
"PBXact UC and Sangoma's line of IP Phones deliver a great feature set for an amazing value for our customer base", says Mike White, Founder of .e4, a Platinum Reseller and Integration Partner of Sangoma. "Combining the introduction of Sangoma's PBXact and IP Phones with gateways, session border controllers and telecom interface cards allows us to provide complete solutions to our enterprise customers from a single and trusted manufacturer.”
