ANPI Announces Cloud-Based Hosted Fax Solution

October 16, 2015

ANPI is one of the leading companies in the world when it comes to hosted Unified Communications. Earlier this week, the firm announced that it was launching a new Shared Hosted Fax. This solution offers the ability for unlimited faxing for an unlimited number of users within the same organization. The company launched this service in the face of a growing number of businesses eliminating their physical fax lines, while still needing at least some sort of fax capabilities.

ANPI is offering this unlimited faxing capability at a low monthly rate that will allow companies to access a cloud based service without bulky machines. The solution also allows firms who might be switching over from these bulky machines to keep their fax line. This is a real time saver when it comes to dealing with old clients. No one wants to try and get news out there that they have a new phone number and end up losing business because they forget to get the word to one particular client.

The best feature of this service is that, due to its basis in the cloud, multiple users can use one fax number to send faxes through a web-based portal, or they can send these same faxes directly from their email. All of the faxes that are sent and received are stored in an online hub, can be accessed using the ANPI VIP Account dashboard, and can be sent directly to email addresses.

ANPI VIP offers quite a bit more than simply fax services. As a full feature cloud based communications suite, users can get access to chat, video and audio conferencing as well as online fax services. The cloud-based hosted fax subscriptions cost $24.99 when purchased through the VIP account.
