Redbooth Revels in Launch of UC Partner Program
Unified Communications are vital to a firm’s success, as collaboration and communication are key cogs in the enterprise. A trailblazer in the space, Redbooth, recently announced the launching of its Unified Communications (UC) channel partner program—boasting Xtelesis and Comworx (two top ShoreTel resellers) as its initial partners.
“Adding Redbooth to Xtelesis’ solutions offerings allows us to deepen relationships with our customers and help them achieve material differences for their organizations,” exclaimed Scott Strochak, Xtelesis president and CEO. “Redbooth’s comprehensive cloud-based platform is highly complementary to our existing solutions and further helps our customers take full advantage of UC technologies to work more efficiently and effectively.”
Named a “Cool Vendor” in UC by Gartner and ranked 89th overall (10th among software companies) on the 2015 Inc. 5000 list of “America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies,” Redbooth’s efforts are bearing fruit.
This summer, the firm added click-to-call to its growing list of features making it the first in the industry to offer seamlessly integrated real-time business messaging, search, file sharing, HD voice and video conferencing, and in-stream task management, all unified in one user friendly virtual workspace. And, the recent integrations with OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint serve as the cherry on top of this UC sundae, putting the offering in a class by itself.
Previously a channel manager with Avaya and Polycom, Marcy Kawadler is tasked with heading up the channel partner program. Kawadler comes direct from Polycom and has earned her current moniker of senior director of channel sales with a record of success.
“Redbooth enthusiastically welcomes this showing of support from such highly-trusted advisors in the UC solutions reseller arena,” noted Redbooth CEO, Dan Schoenbaum. “In return, we are confident in placing what we anticipate will be a fast-growing number of channel partners into Marcy’s experienced and capable hands as she ensures that their customers benefit from Redbooth’s reliable cloud-based unified communication and collaboration solutions.”
UC solutions provide the enterprise with tools that ensure the necessary levels of communication and collaboration in today’s real-time business world. Redbooth’s announcement is yet another affirmation of the need for strong partners. Like an old coach used to tell me, “Team work makes the dream work.”—time to lace them up Marcy Kawadler.
