CentileHosted Wins INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award for UniCom Solution

CentileHosted just recently announced that it has become the latest firm to receive the 2105 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award. The company has garnered this particular honor thanks to the fact that it has come up with a UC Solution that has been dubbed industry changing. The solution in question is called UniCom.
Unicom works by creating an intuitive and feature rich experience that allows customers to manage a wide variety of communications for the desktop, softphone and mobile applications on a number of different mobile devices. Unicom actually comes in two different versions. The solution has both an installed and online version, which makes it that much easier to roll out for a large number of users.

Some of the features of this particular UC solution allows for end users to manage their presence, telephony settings, forwarding and voicemail rules. There is even a call center application that can be used by businesses big and small. The program includes the ability to “hunt groups” and also has call queuing as well as caller ID and call screening services. The technology also has text messaging and call-back. All of these are IP-based so they can be unlocked and unrolled for customers in a way that makes CentileHosted’s latest UC creation about as scalable as a user would ever need it.
