Orange Business Services Positioned in Gartner Leaders Quadrant
Although there are numerous companies offering Unified Communications services, only a few companies get the recognition from the top analysts in the industry.
In its Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service, Multiregional, Gartner has positioned Orange Business Services in the Leaders quadrant for its Business Together as a Service solution. Interestingly, this time around, Orange Business Services was the only company placed in the Leaders quadrant.
Orange Business Services provides unified communications services in the cloud. This helps employees of a company use these unified communication services wherever they are located and whatever devices they use. Orange Business Services delivers its services from its well equipped data centers in Atlanta, Washington DC, London, Paris, Normandy (France), Frankfurt, Singapore and Sydney.
Apart from providing UC services, Orange Business Services also provides other technologies like enterprise telephony, mobility, voice, video and conferencing. This enriches the unified communications experience the users have and provided with the latest technology available.
Paul Molinier, Senior Vice-President, Unified Communications & Collaboration, Orange Business Services commented, “We are proud to be the sole communication service provider in the Leaders Quadrant. We believe this is a great recognition of our efforts in strengthening our Business Together as a Service solution over the last few years. We see unified communications and cloud services as key components helping our customers achieve the digital transformation that will help them succeed in competitive global markets.”
This is not the first time Orange Business Services has been recognized for its services. In 2013, the company was recognized for the third time in a row in the global market for enterprise IP telephony and unified communications (UC) services in a report published by Current Analysis. The company also received commendable ratings in the Cloud/Hosted Services and Service Delivery category.
